01. PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project is carried out as part of the cooperation between Nghiêm Phạm Steel and GB Industrial Steel Joint Stock Company, with the objective of supplying structural steel products to the Philippine market.
With a total volume of over 32,000 kg, the project covers various groups of structural steel components, requiring coordinated fabrication and finishing processes before delivery.
The project is part of Nghiêm Phạm Steel’s ongoing efforts to participate more deeply in the structural steel supply chain serving international markets.
02. STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION SCOPE
Under the project, Nghiêm Phạm Steel is responsible for the following main scopes of work:
- Fabrication of steel plates and structural sections
- Fabrication of handrails and steel stairs
- Hot-dip galvanizing of components as required by the project
The work is carried out in accordance with the project’s technical drawings and production plans, covering the stages from fabrication and assembly to surface finishing before delivery.
Handling multiple groups of structural steel components within the same project requires coordinated production across departments to ensure that finished products meet the specified requirements and project schedule.
03. QUALITY AND SCHEDULE CONTROL
For export-oriented projects, quality and schedule requirements are key priorities.
Nghiêm Phạm Steel controls the main stages throughout the production process, from incoming material inspection, cutting and fabrication, assembly and welding to surface preparation and final finishing, to ensure compliance with the technical standards specified for the Philippine market, including NSCP (National Structural Code of the Philippines), AISC, PNS, and PNS 49-1.
Project requirements are implemented based on the approved technical documentation and specified standards, with inspection carried out before the finished products are delivered.
This approach helps Nghiêm Phạm Steel maintain production consistency, minimize errors, and ensure that finished products meet the requirements of its partners.
04. HOW NGHIÊM PHẠM STEEL MEETS EXPORT MARKET REQUIREMENTS
With a 14,000 m² manufacturing facility and an annual production capacity of approximately 12,000 tons, Nghiêm Phạm Steel is capable of fabricating and finishing various types of structural steel products according to project-specific requirements.
In addition to the domestic market, Nghiêm Phạm Steel is gradually expanding its capacity to participate in projects serving the export supply chain, including projects for the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Indonesia, and other international markets.
